Requirements:
1. The applicant should have experience in construction industry. candidates with lift installation experience preferred;
2. The applicant should accept long-term job in Singapore or Malaysia (enjoys one-month holiday after working a year);
3. The applicant can work in team and comply with any company rules and requirements;
4. The applicant should be ready to learn new things.

2. Screen CVs for qualified candidate and organize interviews;

4. Formulate attendance record rules and implement accordingly;
5. Complete other errands as instructed.
Requirements:
1. Diploma at least with 3 years' work experience;
2. Work at least for a year after conclusion of employment contract;
3. Good communication skills in English
